On 27th and 28th July 2017, Ireland was examined by the UN Committee against Torture (UNCAT). In early July 2017, JFMR submitted a comprehensive report (compiled by Maeve O’Rourke) to UNCAT in advance of its examination of Ireland. The report can be downloaded here (appendix is available here).
